What to expect
We will arrive on the day of your gathering in good time to set up and cook your meat. Don’t worry if it’s raining, our spit roast machine operates indoors as it is completely smoke free or right outside the door well covered by our gazebo.
While the meat is cooking we will have plenty of time to set up the gazebo if required and anything else such as preparing salads and laying out side dishes on our buffet tables.
When the meat is ready the chef will carve and serve. Your guests can help themselves to any side dishes and then come straight to the spit to be served by our chef.
We always remove parts of the animal (eg. the head) which may cause offence to sensitive guests.
